1. Agreement to Terms

2. Our Services

HewittDay Construction Ltd provides construction, renovation, and home improvement services including but not limited to:

• Home extensions and loft conversions
• Complete renovations and refurbishments
• Garage conversions and garden rooms
• Landscaping and outdoor construction
• General building and maintenance work

3. Quotations and Pricing

All quotations provided are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Prices are subject to change based on:

• Changes in project scope or specifications
• Unforeseen structural issues or complications
• Changes in material costs
• Additional work requested by the client

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be agreed upon before commencement of work. Standard terms include:

• Deposit required before work begins (typically 20-30%)
• Stage payments for larger projects
• Final payment upon completion and client satisfaction
• All payments due within 14 days of invoice

5. Warranties and Guarantees

We guarantee our workmanship and stand behind the quality of our construction work. All work is:

• Completed to current building regulations
• Covered by our comprehensive insurance
• Guaranteed for defects in workmanship
• Subject to manufacturer warranties on materials

6. Cancellation Policy

Either party may cancel the contract with written notice. Cancellation terms:

• Client liable for work completed and materials ordered
• Deposits are non-refundable after work has commenced
• Cancellation fees may apply for scheduled work

7. Liability

HewittDay Construction Ltd is fully insured for public liability and all work undertaken. We are not liable for:

• Delays caused by weather or circumstances beyond our control
• Pre-existing defects or issues not caused by our work
• Damage to items not disclosed or protected by the client

8. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
